Eindhoven, April 2025 – ATA Mute has been officially recognized as one of the winners of the prestigious Academic Startup Competition 2025, an initiative that celebrates the Netherlands’ most promising and impactful academic startups.
The jury selected ATA Mute for its groundbreaking work in noise reduction technologies, offering innovative solutions to both thermoacoustic and acoustic challenges. ATA Mute's applications span a wide range of sectors, such as energy, HVAC, transportation, aviation, marine, and home appliances, addressing urgent industry needs for sustainable, high-performance sound control solutions.
The startup’s proprietary technology, currently protected by four patents, is being developed into multiple product lines including acoustic sheets, acoustic panels, acoustic tapes, acoustic jackets, acoustic bodies, silent blades, silent fans, and a silent hydrogen-mixed burner.
